Local Travel
Travel within 1 hour is included with all wedding bookings.

Extended Travel
For locations beyond the included 1 hour, a travel fee will apply based on distance and event logistics. Additional costs such as tolls, parking, and valet may also apply.

Out-of-State Weddings
House of Sidorova is available for weddings throughout the United States. Travel fees are quoted individually and may include mileage, airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, and applicable travel expenses.

Destination Weddings

For international and destination weddings, custom proposals are created based on the location, wedding schedule, number of services, and travel requirements. Destination travel fees may include:

• Round-trip airfare
• Hotel accommodations
• Ground transportation
• Checked baggage, when required
• Meals/per diem
• Travel days, when applicable

Destination wedding services are quoted individually.
